Story:
The setting of the story is Buenos Aires in Argentina. The important settings are the Recoleta Health Club, Cristina’s flat, and the Museo National de Bellas Artes. The Avenida del Libertador is very important because there are some crucial events.
Cristina had a motorbike accident, but before that she saw two men with a gun. After her accident, she became amnesiac about some things, like the fact that she had seen the two men. Now, she works in the Museo National de Bellas Artes in Buenos Aires. Roberto and Carlos Bocuzzi, the two men, want to kill her in order to stop her from denouncing them to the police. Often, Cristina goes to the gym and the where the two men watch her. Since her accident, her favourite picture , a Claude Monet painting, gives Cristina a strange feeling… why? One evening, in the gym, Cristina is lifting weights, suddenly, somebody tries to kill her…
My Opinion:
The book was interesting because it is a book with suspense.
