Deadline for second assignment: Friday 3rd February 2012 (I will be present until 4pm, NO LATER!)
Deadline for third assignment: Friday 20th April 2012 (I will be present until 4pm, NO LATER!)
Remember, work does not have to be handed in at the last minute, you can hand it in any time before that.

When you have finished reading the book, answer the following questions, and complete one of the tasks suggested.

Tasks
Choose one of the following tasks:
1. Write what happens next in the story (100 words).
2. Write a detailed description of one of the characters (say what they look like and describe their personality) (100 words).
3. Write a detailed description of one of the places mentioned in the book (talk about: location, architecture, atmosphere, climate...) (100 words).
4. You are a journalist, interview one of the main characters from the story and write an article about them (100 words).
5. Write a letter of advice to one of the characters (100 words).
6. Write a letter from one character to another (100 words).
7. Design a new cover for the book (complete with artwork and blurb [summary]).
8. Make a 'photo story' [roman photo] or a comic strip [B. D.] of part of the book.
9. If you have another idea for a task, come and ask me if it is O. K.
